New Lending Library at Germantown Kitchen Garden

Philly Bookshelf was delighted to expand our partnership with Germantown Kitchen Garden by providing a second Little Free Library. The new community library functions as a lending library for books specifically about gardening, farming, homesteading as well as growing herbs, flowers, and food where those who borrow will sign the books out and return them to the same library when they are finished.

The first community library that we donated is still active outside the fence and includes general reading books.
